NIISTROMPROJECT LLP (hereinafter a Company) highly appreciates human resources  of the Company. In this connection we constantly aim to create  facilitative, healthy and safe workplaces.

Our Customer: ABK-Beton Plant LLP owned by BI Group Holding

What was done: updating and enhancement of the technologic processes at ABK-Beton plant. There was made an analysis of the existing plant technologic processes, a solution on optimization and economic efficiency was also suggested for the Customer. B25 and B30 grades self-compacting concrete mixes were elaborated and field-tested on BI GROUP construction sites (namely КС Zeleniy Kvartal and RC Sozvezdie). We have obtained self-compacting concrete with high physicotechnical and exploitation properties, allowing doing form stripping and further structural loading on the 3rd day. Works were competed on time, also together with NIISTROMPROJECT LLP KNILSM there was elaborateв ф mix composition and operations adjustment of the building 3D printer. Hardscaping pilot-line production was done for RC Zeleniy Kvartal in Astana city.
B25 and B30 grades self-compacting concrete mixes were elaborated and field-tested on the construction site. We have also obtained mix composition for 3D printer.

Our Customer: Ernst and Young Kazakhstan LLP

What was done: elaboration of feasibility study for “high grade expanded clay production” project. We have drafted an entensive marketing analysis and made a detailed research of same production in the near and far-abroad countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Russia). We have made high grade expanded clay marketability analysis comparing same products, market research, plant construction CapEx and raw product COGS evaluation.
Detailed research of high grade expanded clay production and project feasibility study was prepared.

Our Customer: State Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan Education and Sciences Ministry Committee for Science

What was done: research by priority of “Sustainable use of natural resources, raw materials and products processing” on the topic “Elaboration of the production technology of new environmentally-friendly low energy heat insulation material - extra light non-autoclaved foam with 200 kg/m3 density and creation of the pilot production line” with 3 years term. At the moment we are working on priority of “sustainable use of natural resources, raw materials and products processing” on the topic “Elaboration of the technical specifications on production of the self-compacting concrete made of local raw materials with use of technogenic wastes and superplasticizers based on last generation polycarboxylates produced in Kazakhstan”
The works were completed successfully, environmentally-friendly low energy autoclaved cellular concrete production technologic line was put into operations. At the moment the Company is working on the new project.

Our Customer: KAZ Minerals Aktogay LLP

What was done: audit and test laboratory organization and functioning for the purpose of general construction and concrete operations inspection at the construction site of Aktogay MPP in East Kazakhstan region. The period: 01.01.14 till 31.12.16.
The site is located in Aktogay village, East Kazakhstan region. Aktogay MPP is a large open copper mine. The Phase one of the construction project and NIISTROMPROJECT LLP audit services rendering were completed in December 2016. At the moment NIISTROMPROJECT LLP is rendering same kind of services at the Phase two (Aktogay MPP extension). A team of specialists is auditing and checking general construction operations, doing samples collection, concrete and soil testing on daily basis.
